Hey there and welcome to the Dashboard section in the Moon Boots learning center. The topic of this article is Analytics, and specifically how to interpret and understand all of the data at your fingertips. We all know that it important to have relevant data that tracks performance and helps forecast profits in a business but not all of us know what CLV or customer retention really means. Luckily we don’t even need to be afraid to ask because this article will cover it all.In this article we will define common analytics terms, and teach you why they matter. By then end of it you will be a data master and be able to use the information given to you to identify trends and make predictions for your online business. Let’s get started!
